Payment and Shipping

 

We currently ship with Australia Post. All shipping costs are calculated by weight and parcel dimensions, and we do offer Registered and Express Post. Please contact us for an estimate.

Payment Plans

Purchasing a saddle is a substantial financial investment. We can offer our customers a payment plan that suits their financial needs. 

On placing a saddle order, a $1500 deposit is required. You may then pay off your saddle while it is being made. Payment is required to be finalised on collecting your new saddle.

​Returns & Refunds

 

We guarantee our products. As part of our commitment to our products, we offer a 60 day return policy on any products purchased from us. Provided it is in its original condition, you can return the product free of charge and receive a full refund or exchange (excluding original shipping fee).

If your product is found to have a manufacturing fault, which can occur (rarely) due to working with natural materials, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.

Our Guarantee

We have confidence in our products and know they are built to last. We use only the best quality materials from Australia and the United States. All products are handcrafted by Anthony, a qualified Master Saddler.

Repairs and Restorations

We also repair your broken and worn gear, and specialise in saddle restorations. Please contact us for a quote.

Fitting Options

Anthony is commited to ensuring your new saddle fits you and your horse. He can advise you on the size and style of saddle that will best suit your needs. He welcomes pictures of your horses back, or you can bring your horse to him if you prefer.
